HETALIA - A Glowing Capital

1814, after the British Empire had finished defeating Napoleon, they turned their attention back to America (with whom they had been fighting since 1812). They sent 4,000 of their troops to march on America's capital, Washington, and unleashed their destruction upon the city. This was aimed to leave a deep psychological wound upon the country and it's people, as they looked on to see their capital in flames.

This isn't really a period of history that I'm entirely interested in. I tend to linger much further back in history but I thought this picture could be quite interesting so what the heck?
It was hard not to laugh while colouring in Scott. He looks like he's enjoying Alfred's suffering more than sex
And no Arthur in the picture. I very much doubt that he'd want to so much as look at Alfred at this moment.
